How do you create an urgancy feeling of got to see it for a film such as the new Guy Richie gangster flick Rocknrolla?

    Start by identifying your primary target audience and talking with them to make sure you understand how they make decisions about which movies to see. Then make sure your movie meets at least some of the criteria they use to make the decision.

    Once you have "made a match" between the consumer need and the product benefit, all you need to do is communicate that benefit and you'll have solved the problem.

    People see movies that others talk about. As Michael suggests, identify your target audience. Then, target the influencers in that audience and give them a memorable viewing experience.
