The site looks beautiful and professional. When I look at it for 5 seconds, all I know is that you have something to do with t-shirts. I don't really get it. And I need to get it quickly.

Thee other probelm is that your website is not really set up to be found effectively and attract customers. Get a free markeitng report at www.WebsiteGrader.com to understand more about that I am talking about.

Mike's on target - the site has a nice look, but an unclear message (no pun intended). Assuming someone visits your site, you need to clearly show what makes your t-shirts different, and why they should care about the writing within. Is the word to meditate upon, or is it more of a secret club (that only fellow wearers "get")?

The look of the site is great, it's the sort of thing fellow designers would love. However, from the standpoint of being effective as well as beautiful...

I think the initial flash on the homepage takes too long to load and execute. I suggest you need to bang people on the head with your message immediately upon entering the site. You might lose them if they have to wait for a few seconds.

The section below your flash billboard really tells the visitor much more about what they need to know at a glance, so I would suggest eliminating the flash and move that section up to the top.

You should be able to pretty easily set up an A/B test with Google's website optimizer. I would do that first to see if the billboard helps or hurts you.
