Know-How Exchange : Advertising/PR

I have been offered a job in a company. My job discription would include putting together a marketing department for a company that has est...revenues for the first year of 200 million. The company at this time has no marketing department. The company would have 4 divisions in marketing the first division would be a faith based division which would include sales of 3D animated movies,sale of toys,books ect.. The second division would be to sell advertising spots in motion pictures produced in 3D, the third division is the sale of the 3D tv's into sports bars so that their audiance can veiw football games, concerts,UFC fights live in 3D and the forth division would be to sell advertising spots for the sports bars in 3D on the 3D TV's that are placed.I have had my own home based business for fourteen years in marketing and to take this job would mean I would have to give this up. What is the pay scale for a position of this nature for the state of Florida(Orlando).
