What is your competition (both local and online) charging?
How is your service better/different from them?

I've provided services to realtors in the past (flyers, post cards, websites) and found them to be INCREDIBLY frugal.

The lower your price point, the more of them you will attract, but keep in mind that they will not be getting a lot of referral business from them. In general, they don't want 'competitors' stealing their sources, so plan on being politely pushy to get referral business.

That said, I would suggest you determine a fair hourly rate for your services and determine on average how long it takes you to create a flyer. Base the price on that, and be sure to specify things like # of rounds of edits allowed, paper selections, etc. so that they are very clear on what they are getting (and what they need to pay extra for).

Finally, make sure to take a retainer in advance if you are paying out of pocket for printing services or resources. If a home sells or goes off the market before the realtor can use your pieces, expect them to negotiate or possibly default in this economy.

    Good luck.
