Video Shopping Website - Need Feedback Please

Please visit www.shoponair.com. It is version "A" of our video commerce platform that allows retailers to have their own QVC/HSN experience.

I need tons of advice and ideas please. Is the navagation easy? Does it look good on the eyes. The more detailed and concrete you could be the more I will appreciate it :)

Any fancy designers out there that think they can make it 10x nicer? Feel free to contact me.

    Navagation was easy. I clicked to the music section, listened then pushed the buy it button. Everything worked well.

    Here are some points of critism:
    sound quality was rough - tried connection twice and same results
    The time delay when I pushed the buy it button bordered on too long.
    I was not totally enamoured by the color scheme, epecially the grey..

    All in all, I would call this a 9- out of 10

    The site looks good and works well.

    I would include more specifications and details for each item. Some of the items I checked out were lacking in details (Dell XPS all in one). Ther more details you provide the more likely they will proceed with a transaction.

    The video quality could be improved some. It seems that it was pretty low resolution. I know that is a battle between good quality and quick page load.

    Playback of video is too jittery when running DSL. Can you provide a low/high speed version of videos?

    I'd like to also see contact information for your company at the footer of your website.

    The contact Us page: FAQ is written in white (on white background). Clicking on it produces a: Server Error in '/' Application.
