    Adam,

Overall this site has a nice clean look. It is well done and has a good "feel" to it.

I do think the left navigation menu has too many items. It is a little intimidating at first glance. Perhaps there is a way to combine some items, ie. Resources for Buyers could have the Dream Home Finder, Calculators, etc. I would have these collapsed down in the menu. There are menus that would expand that when clicking on the title, or they could be in their own menu on the Resources for Buyers page. Sometimes when given too many choices people will not look at any.

I would rename the Virtual Open Houses to Virtual Tours. Somehow open house has a different implication to me and can't be done virutally.

    Hope this helps,
    Mike

Adam, less is more. In addition to simplifying your menus, remove "Then you have found it!...to offer" in your banner. It doesn't add to your site.

Remove all the "Here are just a few things" list (below the Ralph Waldo Emerson quotation) since that's in your menu.

Make your menus hierarchical, grouping common things (like Pulaski Facts) into a sub menu.

Basically, focus on who you're trying to attract and the message you're trying to convey to them.

Yeah search optimization is something I really don't understand, I have been doing a lot of reading on it but I still don't know what I need to do to make my site rank higher other then paying for clicks on google. Is that a good way to go? And if so how much should I spend?
