Ad Campaign For A Group Of Small Businesses

I'm looking for an ad campaign for a group of small locally owend businesses. They are located in a downtown area and all have the owner working in them. The owners are all Masters of their trades. They want to convey the experience of dealing directly with the owner-Any suggestions?

    Maybe I did not make myself clear the ad campaign would be for all the businesses in the downtown area not just one. They all want to promote the experience of shoppping downtown because when you shop the downtown shops you generally get greeted at the door by the owner or the owner is the one that makes your product or provides your a service. It's this type of shopping downtown experience I want to convey in an ad campaign for all the downtown businesses.
