Client Appreciation Event Ideas

Posted by Anonymous on 50 Points
I would like to host a client appreciation event. The clients are white collar workers. This event would include families as well. The number of people attending would be around 60 or less. Please advise :)

Not knowing much about your business, you could host an awards ceremony/reception. People are more-likely to attend if they know they will be recognized for something. And family likes to come watch their loved-one receive an award. I used to work for a non-profit and we hosted volunteer appreciation awards banquets all the time. Simple wine and appetizers will suffice and they usually can be done on weekday nights.

Otherwise, if you're including families, you may want to host something at a zoo or somewhere that your guests can enjoy before or after your gathering. I did that once and brought in a characaturist and tons of craft projects to keep the kids busy.

If you give more info, I could probably help more. Good luck! :)

We are wanting to spend around 25 per person. My company provides financial services to clients. We were looking into the private movie screening idea, but it just seemed a bit too expensive for the value.

Casino night. Prizes are gift certificates for local businesses, product giveaways, etc. The card dealers can be the employees.

Or... Diner / wine tasting. Rent a party house and have the employees of your company be the servers of the catered dinner. Dress the employees formally and have fun.

Rent a bus to a mystery destination (museum, fun park, miniature golf, etc.)

Pool your marketing $ and fusion market with a complementary business. Let them underwrite some of your expenses in exchange for a message.

Create a "Financial Festival" with giveaways for the kids (piggy banks with your logo imprinted). Rent hot dog, pizza themed "rolling in the dough", popcorn carts with festival games (bean bag toss) all financially related. Volunteers to do face painting. Free caricatures. Clients can bring kids, grandkids, nieces/nephews. Everyone gets a numbered ticket when they come in for a raffle of a few items.
