Advertising Ideas With Referee Theme

Need to create a bench advertisement for insurance. My boss has been a referee for over 25 yrs. Thinking of placing picture of him in his ref shirt with whistle and need a "CATCHY" slogan. Any ideas?

    Huh? I don't get the connection between a referee and insurance.

    What are you trying to communicate? What's the objective? How will you know if you're on the right track?

    How about him blowing the whistle and doing the "safe" hand sign and the message:

    SAFE! WITH XYZ INSURANCE COMPANY
