Need A Springtime Slogan For Direct Mail Piece.

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
Our company manages homeowner and condominium associations. This year, our primary marketing efforts will be in various forms of direct mail. I found a company that will mail a postcard size envelope that contains "forget-me-not" seeds. Advertisement on one side and postcard address format on the other side. I am having trouble coming up with a slogan to tie into our management services. So far, I've come up with...
Business is BLOOMING; Grow with us; Spring is in full BLOOM and so are we; and Forget us not... when you are looking for new management. Our "tag line" for the company is "We manage to make a difference".

I think the lines I have come up with are lame. Does anyone have a suggestion or two? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you for your prompt response to my inquiry. The target of my mailer are the directors of the association's. I do intend to identify the merits of our company and detail how we are different from our competitors; and in doing so, I'd like to use a catchy phrase that ties into the seed envelope mailer. I will stay away from the growth topic... thanks again for your help.

I don't know that you have to stay away from the growth topic entirely, just make sure you craft the message so that the association directors see how you can help them grow. (These are just rough ideas to help get the ideas flowing.):

    Helping Your Community Grow
    For Communities That Are Growing
Your Association Grows Better With Our Help
    Growing Better Associations

or, on the slightly silly side:

Trying to grow a better community(association)?
Company X is like MiracleGro for homeowners associations.

    Company X
"We manage to make a difference"

Good ideas... Thank you. I like how you turned the whole growth topic around. I wouldn't have approached it the way you did. I like it. Certainly gives me something to work with. I appreciate your input.

Thank you all for the great ideas. I am hopeful that one of these creative ideas will become a memorable catch phrase for my direct mail piece.

    Thanks again... Robin.
