I suggest a heart-shaped magnet with your logo and contact information. A flower dies and who knows what happens to the tag. Magnet will be easier to find after the trip.

A very large luggage tag. Easy to identify. Works wonders. Nobody has enough of these.

Like the luggage tag idea, especially if in red.

However, flower is probably less expensive. And appropriate for Valentine's Day. You may also want to consider chocolates or sweets of some sort, still with a tag attached from your company. A small box of 4, or just one nice, individually wrapped sweet would do. Easier to transport than a flower.

Also... the card could be good for a discount on the return fare to the airport (if you're allowed to do this in your city), within a certain number of days. Maybe encourage people to keep the card and call your company for the ride back?

Some good ideas here. One thing you might want to consider is doing something that enables the customer to re-use your service again.

Have your drivers hand out business cards that offer customers a "sweetheart" deal on their next cab ride. If your city allows a discount, offer that. Or maybe they can redeem the card for a small item (luggage tag, note pad, key chain) the next time they call your company for a cab.

This way, you get more mileage (no pun intended) our of your promotion by bringing business back to you.

The flower is very personal and reflects emotional bond, even if the tag is lost many would remember the taxi company which gave me a flower
