I am not a big fan of "Enter Here" pages. Why not just bring people to your page. Besides the splash pages often times make things a little tougher for search engines and decrease your page rank.

I think the copy on the "Our Services" needs to be re-written. It seems wordy, but not really telling me anything.

Re-reading the home page gives me the same feeling. You may need to find a writer to help you get your message across.

In general desinging an entire falsh site is a no-no. Seardh engines do not do well with Flash. I would suggest not creating an entire flash site, but just use flash where needed for your animation. Flash also slows things down and has many usability issues.

I am sorry if this sounds so negative. Overall the look of the site is good, but these other's detract from the experience.

    Hope this helps,
    Mike

Website grader (https://website.grader.com/wsgid/2408227/default.aspx) gives your website a score of 9 / 100 for some of the reasons detailed by others.

White text on a dark background is seldom a good choice for readability.

Menu structure is hard to discern quickly.

Wow...you have really put a lot of hard work into your site, and while I agree with some of the above, I also think that you probably know your target audience better than I do.

I would accept the advice, but also look at some sites that are within your target market, get some associates to list what they do well, and what the could improve upon, then set to work!
