My team wants to revamp our web look n feel. We all have subjective views. If your search for It training on google you will see a number of competitors to compare.
We have USP but Is it articulated?

    Website grader gives it a score of: 57 / 100 (https://website.grader.com/wsgid/2461106/default.aspx)

The rollover menus (Testing, and those to the right) graphics are slightly "off".

Too much main text, too small font.

The scrolling text is distracting to my eye.

It takes awhile to figure out what exactly you do. "Your global training partner" is a little vague. As a minimum, change it to "World-class Global IT Training". Quickly establish where in the world your centres are (currently this information is in your last paragraph).

    Footer text hard to read.

In my browser your footer isn't lined up. Contact us doesn't "pop". Text scrolls too quickly. Why have it at all? Just list the most current 3 items with links to the rest. What is "free IT staff"? You have a decade of experience? The biggest seller you'll have on your site is a database of customer testimonials. Those should show up in the top half of the page. There should be a number of them as well. Your text says "global" your graphic says "Singapore". The envelope in the email box is silly and doesn't match the potential quality of the service—or the rest of the site. The red background in the image looks like Singapore is burning. change that to a high tech color and your logo will pop more. You should have more links in your body copy, and try to create a call to action somewhere on the page. Third part logos fall off the screen at the bottom, and really take up too much space. The drop downs are a little "blah". The drop shadows for the content boxes are a little too hard. And all the random curves and sweeping elements just are not unified. If you're looking to design a high tech site, the colors need to be a little more sophisticated...
