How To Pitch Business Media For Stories

I am handling an account for which I regularly have to pitch business media for my stories.
As things changes in Business soon I have to pitch them at short intervals, sometimes which look very awkward to call them everytime but I have to.
Can you please suggest me an easiest way to be in contact with them.
And easiest pitching methods for public relations.

    Establish relationships with your targeted business reporters. Tell them about your challenges with short lead times and ask how they'd like to receive the information.
