I like the look and feel - a sense of excitement, compelling graphics etc.

However, I'd suggest you get some freelance copywriting help (maybe post it here or on Elance, etc.). Your descriptive content is all over the place - lots of grammatical errors, missing words, and way too much blah blah blah. It really degrades (in my opinion) from the rest of your presentation.

Some of the navigation/site structure is a little confusing or odd.

PS I love the tagline. How come you didnt pick a company name more like "Motion Marketing" ???

I'm assuming you are asking if you should advertise your business through this company...putting your ad on taxis, etc? If this is the case I'd need more information before giving my opinion. What is your business and who is your target market...what are they offering. What are your goals? Brand recognition? or getting people to take action? and then think to yourself...how many ads do I remember from taxis and laundromats.
