Creative Referral Card

I own an upscale spa like tanning salon and I am trying to design a referral card for my clients.
Basically, whenever they refer a new client (friend) to our salon that existing client will recieve a free tan.
Our branding color is a light bright orange. I was thinking of finding a picture of 2 girls telling a secret to one another...turning it black and white and having orange lettering. Then having a space for the existing client to write their name so we know who they were referred by.
I'm not sure why I'm stuck. I think it's because I just got back from vacation yesterday :(
Any other creative ideas for a referral card?

    Consider a card for a free tan/service instead of a simple referral card. You can still make it a referral card, with a thank-you notation to the person who gave the free card.

    How about some of those tanning stickers on a card? You know...the ones people wear to see how tan they are?

    They can be bright orange and in any shape you want. Dirt cheap too.
