Agency Software Question

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
My agency (10 employees) has Clients & Profits for job scheduling / billing purposes. I am the Media Director, and I use STRATA software (which I LOVE). Our agency also uses an online tool called Basecamp for posting files and client & internal communications. We are currently searching to consolidate our software so we aren't purchasing so many subscriptions each year. I would like to keep at least the broadcast component of STRATA, but we are looking to replace Clients & Profits and Basecamp.

We had a demo yesterday for Advantage agency software. While the product looked pretty robust and impressive, the price tag was a little high for us right now (we would need 10 user licenses, at least).

Can anyone currently using Advantage give me any feedback on how they like/dislike the product? And are there any other suggestions on software out there that are just as robust, but maybe a little cheaper?

Thanks!!

I would check out Intervals (https://www.myintervals.com). It is a web-based time tracking / task management / project management tool targeted toward creative and marketing agencies. It picks up where basecamp left off and will probably handle most of what you are doing with clients & profits. You can go to the web site and try it free for 30 days to see if it is something that suits you.

    Regards,
    John
