Some things I like, some I don't. Overall look and feel are OK, though it took quite a long time to load initially. I would not have waited for the Flash to load if I were a prospective client. Suggest you scrap the Flash intro.

Much of the copy (on The Agency page, for example) is fluff, or vacuous. Clients are not likely to respond well to that. It makes them think you are not hard-nosed business people. Even the headline thoughts in the intro are quite generic ... everyone says those things.

The constant motion in the background on all pages is very distracting. I'd lose it if it were up to me. You want people to focus on the central content, not on all the visual "buzz" in the background.

Where's the call to action? What do you want a visitor to do? Who is the target audience? How would someone figure that out?

Just some initial reactions. Hope this is helpful.

The Flash has a secondary problem - the content is invisible to the search engines.

    Website Grader gives your site a score of 4 / 100 (https://website.grader.com/wsgid/2701241/default.aspx)

After waiting for Flash to load, I wanted to be rewarded for the wait with something compelling. The home page should quickly inform me about your core business: who you help, why they should choose you, etc.

Also, make sure your contact information is easily found (such as in your banner or footer of your web pages).

I will confirm Mr. Goodman's experience your site takes to long to load (most people will not wait). I don't much like flash sites for getting fast info. And I suggest just asking visitors for name and email address.

    Good design.

    hope this helps,

    Steve

    * it took a while for the page to load...
    * portfolio - web - you should be able to enlarge the picture/s or go directly to the website/s you developed so the customer can have a better view of your work
    * I do not think you need a close button (x) as you can easily see/click on the menu below

To me, the English-language page about the agency needs to be reviewed by a professional copywriter. I do not know much about your country, and maybe your use of language is quite proper for your region. This section would have been completely rewritten if you intend to do business with companies in the United States.
