Want Standardn Best Format Of Introductory Letter

Hi, we have started Pr agency in India, pls tell us standard and best format for introductory letter. we are seeking for corporate as well as local clients.

    The best format is one that allows you to be very specific for each prospect, so they know you've done your homework and are not just sending out a form letter using a standard introductory template.

    Do your homework on each prospect. Instead of sending out 200 letters and hoping to get a handful of luke-warm responses, why not focus on 5 or 6 companies, deep-dive the research and shoot for an 80% closing ratio?
