    Joshua,

A very nice site ... clean, professional, good tone and feel, very good.

SEO is not developed, your homepage title tag just says your name and your image alt tag says "home". Hire an SEO guys to properly optimize with the right keyword phrases.

I like the site. It's clean and easy to use. A couple minor recommendations:

I would recommend making your links a different color, so they stand out more. Right now they are black (versus the grey text), and you can barely tell they are linked.

The pages that link from the "Read More" links on the homepage are very short. Almost not worth the click. I would recommend building out the copy here with more detailed information and examples if you can.

Having case studies is key, and as you build this section out more it will really help. I would focus on providing quantifiable information on the benefits the client received, and how your work helped them achieve their objectives.

On the Captured Client page, I'm not fond of the stock illustration on the upper left. Since you're a design agency, I think you should have a custom graphic there.

This is a nitpick, but it looks like for some sentences you're using two spaces after the period. That is old school typewriter. :)

On the Contact Us page, I don't think you should talk about your cafe. It's a distraction. You could, however, include a photo. The "who to contact for sales and general information" should be more blatantly obvious. I wouldn't want to spend time looking at all the contacts to figure out which one I should email.

Lastly, I think the "Get our newsletter" button should be more prominent because it could be a great sales tool.
