Time shares can be profitable to the people who sell them and run them. Do you have a property that you are making a time share? Usually these are done by developers, as the properties are large.

If you are a buyer of a time share, chances are it will not be profitable. The resale market on time shares is pretty bad, with people who own a time share getting much less than they paid.
