Making Sale / Outlet Items Non Refundable

Hi Guys

We are in the process of launching a small Outlet on our site to get rid of end of line stock and stock that has been discounted, going back on historical data has shown we get a very high return rate on sale goods and wnat to get some feed back on making the Outlet garments non returnable, and the possiblility of making them exchange only at a push.

What do you think??

    I believe it is common practice to not do returns on out of stock and surplus items.

    I agree with Frank, but having said that it's worth checking from your side what sales you generate on outlet items you sell.
