The layout of your site isn't as strong as it could be. The graphic is strong, but doesn't support the service you're selling.

There's too much text and not enough white space. Make it clearer who you're targeting first, then show them how you can help improve their business.

The badges (by eMA, etc.) don't increase the confidence of your home page offering. Great on the "buy" page, though.

I agree with Jay, the photo doesn't fit the service. I like the tag on the hire us page better. In fact, the text on that page is better too.

It's also unclear who your target market is. Doctors? People who need translations? TV producers?

You're trying to point in too many places at once. Pick one to focus on. If someone asks, hey can you also do ????, you can say yes.
