Giveaway Ideas To Increase Jewelry Store Traffic.

What type of giveaway ideas would you suggest for a luxury silver jewelry company to attract customers to your store. We were thinking a small mobile phone pendant with the company logo made in silver or a string bracelet with a silver pendant of our logo. Do others have better suggestions for giveaways, it does not necessarily have to be a silver item but we are a silver jewelry company.

Also would you do it for everyone who comes, first 500 customers or paying customers.

    I like the idea of a string bracelet with a silver charm (yes, it should be silver because you're a silver jeweler).

    I also think there should be a minimum purchase to cover the cost of the item and make it more coveted.

    With creativity and color, your charm could become the new Tiffany must-have.

    I think the giveaway depends ultimately on what you want to accomplish. Incentives are certainly one of the best ways to increase business however do you want to just get new people into the store or do you want to push people to purchase who are already familiar with your store?

    If you are trying to increase sales from your current traffic, I agree that a gift with purchase is the way to go. How strong is your brand? If your current customers are already loyal and you have a good following, then I think a pendant in the shape of your logo is a great idea. The cell phone charm is nice too if your target audience is on the younger side. Of course, if the customer is less enthusiastic about your brand, they may not feel inclined to wear your logo like a billboard initially. Perhaps a jewelry box with your logo either molded into it or engraved on it would be a preferable keepsake to start. Here are some examples:

    If you just want to get people in the door and increase awareness, I would recommend a less expensive giveaway item that goes to the first however many people come in the door after it starts. It might also be a gift to people who try on an item. I think most people fall in love with a piece of jewelry once the put it on, so the free gift could be a way to get people into the store and moving the first step past window shopping. The key here is to give them something they will actually hang onto and use, so that your name stays in front of them over time. I would suggest something like a trendy tote bag printed with your logo (example: https://teamworld.logomall.com/ProductDetail/ProductDetail.aspx?id=7284096&...) or a WOW VIP Personal Assistant card (https://www.woweveryone.com/files/woweveryone/Wow%20How%20It%20Works.pdf).
