New Corporate Travel Agent - What To Sell/tempt...

customers which have an agreement with a huge travel bureau over several years?

Business travel - most difficult.
Group travel - expo/conventions - difficult.
Course and Conference locally - easier.
Idea of travel related products/services?????

My travel company is not actually new - but its new in this region. We are standing up a few giants in the travel business. Not quite sure where to put my energy. Any tips?

Wondering to try to offer all kind of travel related services - as Company vacation homes, Concierge services, etc....

I feel like a mosquito around some elephants.

    Business travel - most difficult.>>>>Don't believe the lie. You're not after the global corporation anyway. You're after the SMB that really needs help managing travel and thinks the online agencies save them money

    Group travel - expo/conventions - difficult.>>>Selling yourself short. Find the conventions in other cities and approach your local companies who would likely travel. You'll be rewarded for making the effort.

    Course and Conference locally - easier.>>>But how much do you make on it?

    Focus on what others aren't focusing on. Premium service. Expert knowledge about specific niches, locations, etc.
