Ad Agency In A Box

Posted by Anonymous on 125 Points
If there an online portal that can act as an agency of sorts?

My wife is a sole jack-of-all-traits marketing gal-- sole proprietor
Is there an integrated online tool that will enable her to provide more services than she currently does? Like:
-website creation (templates) – like homestead.com
-TV ads / Videos – like spotrunner.com
-research – like zoomerang
-develop logos – like logoworks.com
-create/create online display/banner – like spotzer.com
-PR services – like PRstore.com
-email marketing – like constantcontact.com
and also actually buy the media, help with trafficking and provide a method for determining effectiveness. This tool is somewhat like a marketing resource management system, but may offer customized creative services (design, copywriting) and/or allow her to use their templates. It would also integrate printers and other service providers like promotional product companies, direct response people, SEO, SEM, etc. – an agency ¬¬in a box.

I realize she is not an expert in all these disciplines thus the end product may be marganilized -- just looking for a solution now.

thanks,
MJ

You say that your wife's not an expert in all of the above disciplines. I suggest she outsource those things for which she is not fluent, and provide attentive and professional service for tasks which she is an expert.

She can be a go-to person for all of the above, but in hiring outside contractors, she will maximize her clients' experiences and minimize her stress.

I understand she can't be an expert on all those disciplines (although she is brilliant) -- we are looking for an online tool that aggregates all those different experts--so she can seamlessly offer services she knows little about. For example, a client asked her to do decals for all their delivery vehicles--she doesn't know who does this well/inexpensively/fast--but if she had a link to such a vendor she could upload artwork and pick up the signage or have it sent to the client. In this case she'd have to bill the client to research such a vendor. With an online resource that is integrated with the sign shop she can save the client $$
