    Dear raymondchi,

    Questions to consider:

    1. Has the shop in question done work for similar companies (conflict of interest)
    2. What questions will they ask about your business?
    3. Are they interested in winning awards or in improving your sales?
    4. How long have they been doing what they do?
    5. What do they tell you on first impressions? (go with your gut)
    6. Are they brand obsessed or sales devoted?
    7. Do you like their work?
    8. Do you think you can work with them?
    9. Are they willing to see things from your viewpoint?
    10. Can you set them up to succeed?
    11. Do you know what you want?
    12. What do you want to invest (not spend)?
    13. What are your expectations?

    I hope this helps.

What do the AAs know about your company, its business, competition and market? Or will you end up paying them for the training they need to service you to profitability?
