Sample Letter-promoting Advertising On Website

I work for a non profit foundation and in this down economy we have now decided to offer limited advertising opportunities on our website.
Since I have no experience in doing this, I am looking to see if anyone has done this before, and if so, do you have any sample letters or flyers that you used to send to potential advertisers.

    Assuming this is legal and in conformance with the requirements for a not-for-profit organization, you probably need to find yourself a professional copywriter who understands the limitations on what you can say and do.

    This is not a situation where you can "wing it" and expect everything to work out OK unless your advertisers are even less sophisticated than you are when it comes to advertising on the site of an NFP organization. Besides, there are not a lot of companies who would want their brands advertised on a site that has Hepatitis B in its name. Need to be very careful on a few levels.
