Customer Response To Cafe Colors

Other then the obvious 'red' what colors would work best in a southern style cafe in Hawaii?

    "Southern Style" - fried chicken, mashed potatoes, mama's cooking, and that great southern hospitality! We are pepping it up with an island attitude - tikis, hula girls, local organic ingredients. Combining the 2 in a classy decor is more complicated than expected.

    Umm! As you intimated, red is the best for stimulating appetites, but you might want to tone it down and the color or one of its hues (orange, said to stimulate the digestive sytem and boost immunity) as an accent. Play off the abundant colors of Hawaii (soothing blues, relaxing greens, and sun yellow) and add a splash of energizing red/orange to pep up the slow Hawaiian laid-back style once inside!
