Pre-roll Ad Providers That Work With Start-ups?

Hello all,

I'm working with a start-up that operates in the area of online video. We are launching in the next month, and I want to sign with an ad network / provider that can serve up pre-roll ads.

The issue is that, as a start-up we do not have the amount of views that are required to work with companies such as ScanScout, Brightroll, etc.

I did find a company called LongTail Video that might be the solution I'm looking for, but not sure yet, until I talk to their sales folks.

Does anyone have any recommendations for companies I should talk to?

    Blip.tv: https://blip.tv/learning/advertise/ They support preroll, postroll, overlay, and adjacent advertising.

    Looking at blip, they don't seem to be the group I am looking for. They seem to require your vids to be on their servers (which would not be the case for the company I am working with), and they are looking for episodic, "show"-based content...

    I appreciate the reply and lead though.
