    Focus on what your competition isn't doing and do it.
    Create a better offer than your competition (it doesn't have to be price).
    Make it easier for people to find you (and communicate with you).
    Ensure that any past problems you've had with clients are cleared up first.

    Dear vkdatta,

    First, make sure your caps lock key is off. Then, think of your audience.

    Who buys tractor parts, where are they, what needs do they have, how often do they buy, how much do they spend, where do they look, and how many times do they look before they buy?

    Answer these questions and you'll find the question answers itself.
