    Benefits are important. Features are too. What is it you want to know and how are you going to use the information?

    Hi,

    If there is a product, it will have core benefits & features. Benefits are intangible & features are tangible. So, according to me, there is nothing like Core benefits or features being important.

    Well some products would have more core benefits & less features & vice versa.
