Launching New Product [waffer Biscuits] In India

How can i launch a new product biscuits [Waffer Biscuits] with chocolate in that. i.e [Waffer Chocolate cream Biscuits], please give some strategy , 4 P's and also how i can convey customer to buy my product means how i can differentiate my product from others also target customers ?

Its my project assignment so anyone can help me out?

    The analysis have to chose the best way between use B2C channel or B2B if you will use distributors, agent, franchising, JV and more.
