I Need A Better Course Title

Posted by Anonymous on 500 Points
We are offering a high level course in Entreprenuership and Healthcare. This is not how to start a business 101 course . But a strategic course in identifying health care opportunties and startegies to get the funding. It is a three day program I need a better title since most folks would think that this is a how to course it really is more strategic than tactical. Any thoughts?

My guess is that your target audience is going to be more interested in the "secure funding" part of this than the "identifying opportunities" part. Of course, the very first thing you have to do if you want funding is to identify an attractive opportunity, but the "secure funding" part is what will really get your target audience to sit up and take note.

For that reason, I would probably look for a set of words like "How to Attract Funding for Your Opportunity in Healthcare" or "Strategies for Funding a Healthcare Business Opportunity."

Another approach might be "Strategies for Maximizing [or Seizing] the Opportunity in Healthcare."

Somehow you need to get a verb (or a gerund) in the title of your course -- something that suggests action or motion ... not just a couple of inert nouns.

    My suggestion:

Name: Strategic Side of Healthcare Entreprenuership
Description: this course helps you identify opportunities in health care field and strategies to get funding.

That said, I like mgoodman's suggestions. Minor change to one of his - "Strategies for Identifying and Funding a Healthcare Business Opportunity."
