Realtor Ad Campaign To Niche Market

Before career change to real estate, I worked as a paramedic and around public safety personnel such as police and firefighters. I'd like to use this commonality to build rapport while specifically targeting my services to this subgroup. Need short phrases for postcards and such

    Well the most obvious is "put out the fire" and make reference to the frantic mess it can be selling real estate either alone or a dim witted agent.

    Another would be "Don't just have another fire drill". Referencing that many agents just do the busy work and don't actually get the house sold.

    "In case of emergency" contact (your number/email address) for real estate expertise.

    "We revive your home sale/search" depending on what audience you want to hit.

    I'd try something more subtle and geared toward service and performance under pressure along with knowledge and skill.

    If you can speak the language of those professions and relate to them on their level you should have a powerful selling point that your competitors can't produce.

    If you are relatively new in the business be careful of puffing your abilities and experience because it will show in your work. The worst thing you can do is tell them that you'll put out the fire... and then don't.

    Love the "In case of emergency" and put it to use right away. Also like the suggeston of speaking their language- am brainstorming some play on words and developing it more. Thanks very much
