    Dear pankajsingh1999,

People buy your service when they are offered or find something
of value, something that speaks to them in some way.

People do this when something you say, do, or offer clearly communicates to them that you know your stuff; that YOU know what the hell you're talking about.

To put your message out there requires a mix of luck, skill, knowledge, experience, and resistance to fear. It also requires
you to commit to certain courses of action, and it requires a certain amount of moxie.

In short, it takes guts and balls.

This means putting yourself out there. It means taking risks and being prepared not to fail, but to LEARN from things that don't go quite according to plan.

There are no mistakes or failures. There are only ways to improve next time. When people wobble though life focusing only on their mistakes and failures, it dents and damages their self confidence.
Been there thank you. And now, I'm blowing my own trumpet.

The trick is NOT to do this with an attitude. Just ell people what you think, give them your honest opinion, and let them make up their own mind. Those people who like what they hear will gravitate toward you. Those who do not will stay away, or, as has been my experience, they'll try and cut you down.

Forget the losers. Focus on the winners.

Do this often enough and deeply enough and you become practically bullet proof (not literally of course!).

What I mean here, and this is a paraphrase from the movie
The Matrix when Neo asks if he's going to be able to dodge
bullets. Morpheus tells Neo "No, Neo. I'm trying to tell you
that when you're ready, you won't have to."

So, be you. Tell people what you think. Be polite and speak
your mind. But learn when to shut the hell up.

Give your customers and stakeholders 100 to a 50 times the value they people ask for, even, in the short run, if this costs you time or money.

Do not look at this as an expense. See it as an investment, as a proving ground; see it as a furnace in which you forge your edge.

What you give out WILL come back to you many times over.
Hang in there. Do not quit. The road is long and it WILL go uphill. Take things one step at a time, and forget about "making it".

How will you know you've arrived? Oh, believe me: you'll know.

I hope this helps. Good luck to you.
