    Dear contractmarketing,

For a five page website, a site map might be overkill.

The orange on white is difficult to read. Your contact page has no address, telephone number, or other method of contacting you, similarly, I couldn't find a name to address anything to.

Your home page text talks about you twice as often as it talks about your customer, which, for a marketing company, isn't good.

There is no compelling reason to hire you: no testimonials, "reasons why", social proof, or anything contextually that might drive me to want to find out more. You need to consider links to your Facebook, twitter, and LinkedIn accounts. You also need to make use of video, set up a blog, and give me reasons to find out more about you.

Offer me something of value for free and I might consider giving you my name and e-mail address, so that you can continue to market your services to me over time.

What have you done for other people? Tell me, show me, convince me that you are the right company to meet my needs.

What is your unique value proposition: what can you and will you do for your customer that no other similar service does?

Solve these issues and you'll gain greater ground and make more progress.

I hope this helps. Good luck to you.

Gary's given you some wise counsel. Let me add a couple of thoughts.

Buy your own domain, instead of hosting your site with Office Live. Perhaps you'll recommend using Office Live for your clients, but keep your website untethered to it.

Where are you located in the world? I'm guessing Singapore, based on the prices listed in your packages. But rather than confuse the visitor, remove the prices entirely.

    Hi, contractmarketing

Allow me some suggestions on deign, navigation, and website logic.

Overall impression that your website makes is - unprofessional. I will explain why.

First of all, your logo. I will not say anything about how this logo represents you. (This could be a good logo for company selling down blankets) Image of the feather is ok, but there is no company name in the logo, but there is a very lame shadow, which was definitely created by someone who is just starting his way in design.

Website color palette does not make an impression of balance Orange is overpowering, selected menu item is blue, dividers between menu items are black and white, selected copy is maroon, headers are mustard, links are default blue, and there is huge depressing dark gray bar on the bottom, dragging everything down.

    Let's go along.

Graphics you used to "decorate" your site is lacking cohesiveness. There are too many kind of related, but actually very childish-looking "web construction" images on "Our Packages" page. Using so many "kind of" dragging attention images only makes your site look very immature. It's far from professional design.

Your site map has only 5 links in it. With this amount of links it's absolutely superfluous.

I don't even go to the code part...

Summary: This is not a website designed by professionals. Therefore, you absolutely may not offer the service you are offering.

    Good luck!

    Here's my two cent:
    1. Do consider changing the images you're using to better quality image as represent your point.
    2. Do not assuming on what your potential customer thinking:-
“This pack allows me to connect with potential online customers; I would like to make an appointment”
    3. Need improvement in call to action link/button.
    4. Show your phone number to us, some of us don't like the contact form.
    5. Remove the price or move it down after the features you provide.
