Print Ad Theme

I am working on a full page print ad to provide insurance agents with a quick view of the different niches we serve, They consist of student housing, senior housing, affordable housing, vacation rentals, and vacant property. I currently have a photo and caption underneath with the target class and then a coupon in the lower RHC that offers a free report off the website and also full contact info and a call to action. Question: Any ideas for a theme to tie the class listings together?
Hand of cards that is a Full House with a card showing each niche market comes to mind...anything other ideas?

    I should have mentioned these are types of niche insurance products and we are an insurance company!

    You could have a tarpaulin covering items of various sizes and shapes; the theme being 'We Cover Everything'.

    Same concept could be used with a bottle of ketchup/catsup. Photoshop the label into the name of your company. Have a burger, fries, hot dog, bacon and sausages labelled as your five target areas, each with a coat of the ketchup on them. Therefore, your company covers all of them (and makes them more appealing).

    Or, use a Swiss army knife image. Replace the Victorinox logo with your company's logo and name. Have five differently shaped blades coming out, each with a label and/or picture to symbolize your niches.

    Dear W.M.M.A. it will not be a one time ad. It actually is a new ad to replace the other ones we have done. Although I do demand that every ad pull its weight and I am happy to say they have so far.
