Will Share Ad-revenue For My Intl' Free-sms Site!

Looking for a partner/partners who can help us generate and share ad-revenue / sponsorship from our international free-sms website. It's doing well with an international membership base (too well: given our depleted capital reserves).

Any volunteers/suggestions?

    Who is the primary target audience -- both for potential advertisers and site visitors? Traffic/volume? Traffic source(s)?
