Phil is right, though. Lots of questions need to be asked about your USP before making the right ad. The wrong ad is a waste of any amount of money.

Seriously recommend reconsidering putting all your advt eggs in one basket. Using smaller ads, placed strategically (diagonal on one or two pages) can also garner the attention you're seeking. Borders, benefit-offering headline, copy (less is more), and a solid call to action are the things to work on when producing any type of ad. Multple placements in the same position on a page (for example, upper right hand of the second page) will also get attention and recognition. Check out an Ogilvy book for suggestions--the publications simply want YOUR order. ROP (run of press) is too costly in these times. Pick your space carefully!!

If a company needs IT services, they probably already have a vendor (or do it in-house).
If they don't, it's unlikely your ad will convince them that they need you.

So, perhaps a better bet is trying to position your company as better than others (if you can prove it) or specializing in a specific niche that's relevant to your target market.
