Need Source For B2c Dining Premiums

Our member retailers are looking at a direct mail piece that features a dining gift certificate with a purchase. Can anyone recommend a source for bulk dining gift certificates?

They handle all types of branding for the restaurant industry including everything from logoed products to gift certificates to direct mail promotions.
