How To Market A Premium Lingerie Brand In India

Given the slightly more reserved market in India, (though evolving)-- how can it best be tapped, in an appropriate manner to market a premium lingerie brand which hopes to secure the attention and loyalty of the younger demographics.
With India being one of the world's youngest countries with a median age of just above 25 and with 65% of the population being below 35, the potential is immense-- so what would be the key marketing tools/ approach that would help establish this premium brand as one that is seductive and youthful yet classy and sophisticated, while converting the desired demographic.

Would be very grateful for ideas & suggestions from a PR/ brand management perspective

    Start with those that are likely to be early adopters of new perspectives: foreign students, students marrying abroad, entrepreneurs.
