Marketing Budget/name For New Business

Putting together a business plan for a consignment online
store in New Jersey. Looking for a catchy name, % of budget for marketing in a start up, and some low cost marketing ideas to get our name out there.

The store will include high-end ladies and juniors clothing and household items.

We've been toying around with the Look for Less and Fabulous Finds, however these domain names are taken.

    Will the store have any brick-and-mortar presence? If not, then the NJ connection is moot. Otherwise, instead of trying to launch it online from scratch, start locally with a target group: perhaps a local high school or church to help you build some word-of-mouth and work out any of your business kinks locally, before you try global domination.
