i purchased a social community script(orkut clone ) from a company , initially they installed it in the server and it was working fine, but after 2 months i have an integration issues.
they are not fixing it ,
what can i do now

    Dear socialcommunityscript,

    I'm NOT a lawyer and what follows is only my personal opinion. You must take such action as YOU think fit.

    What kind of service package, warranty, or guarantee did you receive? Whatever it is/was, it needs to be met and honoured. Examine its terms and check for coverage limits and just who is responsible for what.

    Consider asking them again, politely, to help. Get everything in writing. Keep records of every exchange. Suggest a time limit to them for them to fix things. If you get no joy after a respectable amount of time (perhaps 30 days), consider informing them you'll be handing the matter over to consumer affairs, trading standards, or some other body that can bring some legal bearing into the mix to lean on said company.

    Failing THAT, consider consulting a qualified, professional, legal mind. You might have recourse in a small claims court because one would imagine that there are laws stating that the goods supplied ought to perform as promised or as implied.
