I Just Open A Thai Restaurant In Doha, Qatar.

I just open a Thai restaurant in Doha, Qatar. Our target is high-end customers so discount coupons or offer wouldn't be appropriate. I would like to know the appropriate promotions or marketing plan that will be suitable for my restaurant. I also would like to know more about a good customer relations techniques.
**The main goal now is to create as much awareness as possible, mainly through customer relations and marketing.

    Host a dinner for (or talk directly with) your local hotel concierges. They make recommendations for your target audience all the time.
