Video Conferencing Website Needs A Facelift

I recently started here as the Marketing Director. I know one of the major tasks at hand is redesigning the website. Does anyone have any critique as to what is missing or what needs to go? www.megameeting.com

    At first glance the site seems totally comprehensive and very professional - it seemed that someone had thought of everything and included it.

    And that's the problem. With such a bewildering array of products prices and options, it's enough to make anyone's head spin.

    I think the one thing you need is a "how to get started" facility that walks the visitor through a wizard to help a prospect define their needs to isolate a product choice and applicable options.
