"final" Touch ?

is almost ready to go, that is, to start marketing of it.
Again, target market = college students.

What's your opinion? Good? Excellent? in between?
And I'm particularly interested in your thoughts of the home page and the download page.

And you're a marketing professional, guy/gal, college student, professor, other? Please indicate so.

Thank you.

White text on a black background is notoriously hard to read.

Get rid of the "talk to us" box. Instead, make it easier to people to contact you via clicking on an email link.

The download page steps should be simplified. Why would you have problems downloading? If your server can't handle the download traffic, then push the download to servers that can (for example, filehippo.com). Also - how do I know that your software is virus-free - do you have a 3rd party validation?

    Jay and Karen,

Both of you have made interesting points and I'll relay them to my team and get back to you with more details soon.

    Best regards,

    Don
P.S I'm always confused with the MP's spelling check icon as Submit or Send button :) to me, it has no value for I don't care about spelling when I've posted multiple times to a site, which has almost become my friend :)

    Karen,

On your follow-up post dated 3/2/2010 4:21 PM (CST),
yes, letting people sign up is a good idea, original it is placed in the Download page, however, I decided to streamline that page yesterday and commented it out, but will definitely to add it back somewhere some time soon...

On other types of activities of engaging users, customers etc. the Fan Page would be the place, currently it needs to have more elements of excitement!

    Thanks.
