very thoughtful suggestions Karen.

expanding near future was in mind. this site went through several different product niches with failure until I settled with this.

having some description on the home page sure is a good idea. also the banner need to reflect the products; good point.

For marketing so far I did this:
some on-page SEO (there are some more work need to be done)
google base submission
some classified ad submission

I have started a adwords campaign today.

none of those efforts bring any sale so far. i am open to learn new marketing ideas.

the photo has nothing to do with the content. also it's not super apparent what you get out of the site... also... "all categories" seems silly when there's only one category...

Are you having problems getting traffic or converting traffic into sales? Your analytics should tell you the story. Don't bother with AdWords until you ensure you've done your homework boosting traffic conversion, otherwise you'll pay for more traffic that won't buy from you.
