Brand Awareness & Lead Generation

We are a finishing school targeting women in the age-group of 18-30. I would like to increase awareness as well as create lead generation.

We have been advertising in the papers very regularly but even after a year of doing so our brand awareness is only 35-37%. The daily/monthly enquiries coming are down.

The product has no or very little neagtive WOM as all students we have are satisfied with our course. How can I increase the no. of inquiries?

We have recently started using social media for promotion. What is the best way to tackle the above two problems through this media?

    Focus on WHY your target market would benefit from your school. How has it helped recent graduates? Do you have (video) testimonials? What has it done for them that they couldn't do themselves?

    Focus first on your core message, then figure out how best to spread the message.
