Marketing For Training Organizations

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
I am a mktg assistant with an airline that also provides training for customer service and engineering. My target market is generally between 17 and early 20's. Apart from the basic social media and print ads, what ways can I drive them to our website for course applications?I have been trying to think of below the line ways to do so. Thanks

A video contest for your training program. Allow anyone to submit a 1-minute video about your training program. Let the public vote (for your demographic, consider voting via text message) on their favorite video. You'll get viral traffic, and everyone wins.

You are looking for the primary users of social media.

When Jessie James was asked why he robbed banks, he said that banks were where the money was.

A viral video (maybe a "wanna be" rapper in your office?) would be a very low cost way to attract your target. How about a skateboarder showing off then cutting to a close up of him telling the camera how taking your classes allowed him time/money to work on his skateboarding skills.

Catch em with the worm, then set the hook...
